Position 1
Apartment maintenance technician
- Four hours a day, between 10:00 and 14:00.
- Two days off per week.
- Repairs and regular apartment maintenance.
- Replacing silicone sealant, repairing joinery, and touching up or repainting walls.
- Tightening, securing and screwing door handles into place, and similar minor repairs.
- You must have your own car.
- You must be available for emergency repairs outside regular working hours.
Most important: this role is for an independent, practical person who can reliably fix minor faults and respond quickly when an emergency call-out arises.

Position 2
Painter
- Working hours are 07:00–13:00 or 08:00–14:00.
- One apartment is painted or touched up each day.
- You do not necessarily repaint the entire apartment each time; you complete as much as possible within the available time.
- Pay is agreed individually, as a higher or lower number of working hours can be arranged.

Position 3
Apartment setup
- We currently equip and bring an average of 5 new apartments into operation each month.
- We have a prepared checklist of everything each apartment needs to contain.
- You follow the checklist and buy any missing items in shops, such as a kettle, spoons, decorations and other supplies.
- The fee is agreed based on the complexity of each apartment and your availability.
- Working hours are flexible.

Position 4
Full and partial deep cleaning
- New apartments are deep-cleaned before they begin operating. Pay depends on the size of the space and its initial level of cleanliness.
- We also carry out full and partial deep cleaning in apartments that are already in operation.
- Pay is agreed based on the amount and scope of the work.
- Each job is assessed according to the apartment’s actual condition and the cleaning intensity required.
- The work may involve a full deep clean of a new apartment or a targeted refresh of an existing apartment.

Position 5
Gym cleaner
- 4 + 2 schedule: 4 hours of cleaning in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon or evening — 6 hours a day in total.
- 5 + 2 schedule: 5 hours of cleaning in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon or evening — 7 hours a day in total.
- Example morning shift for the 4 + 2 schedule: 06:00–10:00, four hours of gym cleaning. The morning shift in the 5 + 2 schedule lasts five hours.
- Example afternoon/evening shift: 19:00–21:00, two hours of gym cleaning.
- Between the morning and afternoon/evening shifts, you can also clean apartments, for example from 10:00 to 14:00 when the morning shift ends at 10:00, to earn extra income on top of the amounts shown for gym work.

Please note: The 30% increase applies only to the portion of the payment paid in cash through our foreign company. The foreign-company columns show the total when the entire amount is paid this way. If payment is split between the two companies, the increase applies only to the foreign-company portion.
The 5 + 2-hour schedule means one extra hour a day and 16.67% higher base pay at the same hourly rate. Monthly shift-coverage and gym-rating bonuses are added to the amounts shown.
Monthly gym bonuses
Additional monthly bonuses can be earned on top of the stated pay. The rating bonus amount depends on the gym’s monthly rating.

Position 6
Stairwell, building and business office cleaning
- You work 5 days a week.
- The work includes regular cleaning of stairwells, communal areas in buildings and business offices according to an agreed schedule.
- A 30% increase applies to the portion of the payment paid in cash through our foreign company. If the full €1,100 is paid this way, the total is €1,430.

Position 7
Delivery drivers
- Delivering towels, sheets, toilet paper and everything else a cleaner needs for one shift.
- Working hours are 09:30–17:00.
- For 5 working days per week, the base pay is €1,230.77 net through the Croatian company. Through our foreign company LTD, pay is 30% higher, giving €1,600 net.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. With a 5-day schedule, both days off can be chosen from Monday to Thursday.
- You can work 4, 5, 6 or 7 days per week, with proportionally lower or higher pay as shown in the table.
- Payment can be split: one portion through the Croatian company and the other through our foreign company.
- Company car: you can use a company car for work.
- A car of your choice: you can choose a car for the company to buy, use it for work and repay its cost through deductions from your salary.
Monthly net pay for 4–7 working days
The table shows the base monthly net pay through our Croatian company and 30% higher pay through SelfCheckIns LTD. For 5 working days per week, this is €1,230.77 through the Croatian company or €1,600 through LTD. The amounts for 4, 6 and 7 days are proportional; displayed amounts are rounded to cents.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. For the standard 5-day schedule, both days off can be chosen from Monday to Thursday. The same principle applies to 4- and 6-day schedules.
Combined payment is possible. One portion can be paid through the Croatian company and the other through our foreign company, as with our other jobs. The 30% increase applies only to the portion paid through LTD. The LTD column shows the total when the entire salary is paid this way.

Employee benefits
One month’s rent each year + 5% for each year with us
This benefit is available to employees whose work is connected with the offices or warehouse at Sky Office.
If you move from your current rented apartment to another rented apartment within walking distance of Sky Office, the company pays one month’s rent for the new apartment every year, plus 5% of that monthly rent for each year you have worked at the company.
For example, after 3 years with the company, the annual contribution is 115% of one month’s rent.
Purchase a vehicle through the company
Everyone who works with us can purchase a car, electric scooter or bicycle through the company with a 20% down payment. The company purchases the chosen vehicle, and you repay the remaining amount under an agreement through agreed monthly deductions from your pay. Once it is fully paid off, ownership is transferred to you. This model is practically equivalent to leasing.
