We clean around 300 apartments across Zagreb.

Pay depends on the size of the apartment. This works out to an approximate hourly rate of €15–20.
Example 13 apartments
Three apartments need to be cleaned between 10:00 and 17:00.
Example 22 apartments
Two apartments need to be cleaned between 10:00 and 14:00.

Five to six days a week
Working week
You work 5–6 days a week. Days off are taken during the week, rather than at weekends.
Agreed in advance
The exact daily schedule, number of apartments and workload are agreed in advance.
How pay is calculated: work and pay are generally calculated per apartment. After successfully completing the trial period, a fixed pay arrangement may also be agreed based on the agreed daily workload.

MultiSport is available to all our employees.
One month’s rent each year + 5% for each year with us
This benefit is available to employees whose work is connected with the offices or warehouse at Sky Office.
If you move from your current rented apartment to another rented apartment within walking distance of Sky Office, the company pays one month’s rent for the new apartment every year, plus 5% of that monthly rent for each year you have worked at the company.
For example, after 3 years with the company, the annual contribution is 115% of one month’s rent.
Purchase a vehicle through the company
Everyone who works with us can purchase a car, electric scooter or bicycle through the company with a 20% down payment. The company purchases the chosen vehicle, and you repay the remaining amount under an agreement through agreed monthly deductions from your pay. Once it is fully paid off, ownership is transferred to you. This model is practically equivalent to leasing.

Employees who have worked with us for more than two years can buy space in our aparthotels at construction cost at any time. You can choose how much to buy:
When you buy square metres, a hotel room or an apartment, you are registered as an owner of the property.
